Casita La Roca

Casita La Roca is a former shepherd's hut, between the mountains, small but nice! Peace, space and wonderful views, behind the cottage rises the huge mountain, and in front of a beautiful view over the hondon valley. La Roca is located in an amazing garden of 1500 square meters, all to yourself! Yuccas, oleanders, olives, and lots of mature trees where you can find shade.
The cottage itself is a sleeping and living area in one, there is a bedstead of 160 by 200, a cozy sitting area with a rustic gas stove and a small kitchen with a gas stove with 2 burners and a sink. There is plenty of crockery and cooking utensils to make a delicious meal at home. There is also an outdoor kitchen/babeque outside.
The bathroom has a nice shower and a toilet.
In a separate room are the refrigerator and a dining table set.

Enjoy a snack and drink on one of the many seating areas or in the hammock. You can walk, hike, explore the beautiful towns in the area, enjoy the blooming almond trees, waterfalls, caves and much more.

The area is mountainous with a valley, the scenery is fantastic, we have 320 days of sunshine a year here, so you live mostly outside.
The village is 2 minutes by car, for your groceries, the market, many restaurants and terraces
Hondon de las Nieves is a lively town with many possibilities, there are also many fiestas and markets.

Half an hour's drive to the sea, so a trip to the beach is also doable! Alicante airport is also half an hour's drive away.
