The apartment, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located on a gated resort, accessible to guests only. You can swim here in a large swimming pool with a children's pool and sunbathe on a large lawn. Also tennis court, football field, mini golf and playground at the resort.

Many water sports activities possible in the harbor.
The promenade of Guardamar offers many different restaurants and terraces.
Always pleasant crowds.
