The apartment is located in El Raso, a quiet urbanization in Guardamar Del Segura. It is a penthouse on a 1st floor, close to a natural park. From the roof terrace you have a view of Lake La Mata.
The apartment is suitable for 4 to 5 people.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.80m) and bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 has 2 beds, 1 bed with storage space and 1 bed with pull-out extra bed.
The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
All beds have a very good mattress (suitable for people with back problems). The rooms have air conditioning/heating and fitted wardrobes.

The living room opens onto the 1st terrace. On this terrace there is an extra lockable storage room under the stairs for your (max. 3) racing bikes, suitcases or beach equipment.
