Apartment Happinez

Apartment for four people on the Costa Blanca between Alicante and Santa Pola with mountain views and beautiful beaches nearby. Close to the bustling city of Alicante, characteristic Santa Pola and one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca a stone's throw away. Apartment Happinez is the perfect base for exploring the southeastern Spanish coast. But even if you prefer to stay at home for an evening, you can enjoy the sunset in peace on the private roof terrace.

You will find apartment Happinez in the Altomar 2 district in the village of Gran Alacant. The apartment is on the first floor (accessible by stairs) and can accommodate up to four people.

There are two bedrooms, air conditioning (hot and cold), and you can use the wifi and television.

Living room
The comfortable seating area is a wonderful place to recover from all the impressions you have gained in the area. The television has a wide range of international channels (Dutch, English, German, Spanish, French, etc.) For those who prefer to read, there are several magazines and books available. The air conditioning and ceiling fan ensure a pleasant temperature.

Kitchen
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your own breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. You can use the coffee machine, toaster, kettle and there is an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and an electric hob. Doing laundry can be done in the washing machine.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a spacious chest of drawers and you can use the built-in wardrobe, including a safe for your valuables.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom also has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom
The toilet is located in the bathroom, along with a spacious walk-in shower. There is also a hair dryer. 

Balcony
Through the sliding doors you step from the living room onto the cozy balcony. In the seating area you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or the sunset in the evening.

Roof terrace
Via the stairs on the balcony you reach the roof terrace. Here you can enjoy both sun and shade all day long, on our comfortable sunbeds or lounge set. Those who like to cook can use the brick BBQ and take a seat at the dining table with four chairs. A lovely private roof terrace if you want to enjoy the sun during the day, or the views of Alicante, the sea (limited side sea views) and the mountains in the evening.

Swimming pool
There are three swimming pools in the area around apartment Happinez. These are only accessible to residents and holiday guests, and each has a section especially for children. The baths are not heated, and there is no supervision. The nearest swimming pool is 30 meters from the apartment, the other pools a few blocks away. The pools are open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.

Park
Are you coming to Spain by car, or do you use our car rental? You can park the car behind a fence in the street of the apartment. Parking is at your own risk.

Airfield
Apartment Happinez is about 10 minutes' drive from Alicante airport.

Strand
Less than a five-minute drive from apartment Happinez you will find two of the most beautiful beaches in the region: Carabassi Playa and Playas de Elche. These sandy beaches achieved the Blue Flag Award: one of the most recognized awards in the world for beaches that meet strict requirements in terms of the environment, safety and accessibility, among other things. They are wonderful beaches if you want to spend a day relaxing with a swim in the clear blue water. Rent a sunbed with umbrella and order something to eat or drink in one of the beach bars.
