Arrival & Entrance
Through a closed and secure entrance gate you enter the Oréa residence, a modern and quiet complex that is beautifully situated in the hills just above Benidorm. The slightly rising driveway leads to the private parking area. From there, a modern elevator takes you to the third floor, where the front door of the apartment is directly opposite the elevator.
Upon entering the apartment, you enter a spacious hallway that separates the living area from the sleeping area. On the left is the open plan living space, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the right side of the apartment.
On the left you enter a bright, open living space where a modern kitchen, dining area and sitting area flow seamlessly into each other. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and has a sleek, integrated design. In a built-in cupboard, the washing machine, dryer and technical installations are neatly concealed. The adjoining dining area offers space for cozy meals, and the sitting area is furnished with a comfortable sofa. The large floor-to-ceiling sliding windows provide plenty of natural light and give access to the terrace.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The accommodation has a master bedroom suite with direct access to the terrace, The accompanying en suite bathroom is equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and uses a second, separate bathroom, also equipped with a toilet and a walk-in shower.

Through the sliding doors you step onto the spacious private terrace, which offers views of the surroundings and an enchanting panoramic view of the impressive skyline of Benidorm and the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable lounge set and two sunbeds, ideal for relaxing moments in the sun or under the stars. Thanks to the automatically operated awnings, you can easily adjust the amount of shade.
