Layout of Casa Puig Campana:
A stately wrought iron gate gives access to the complex and an elevator takes you from the underground garage to the penthouse. When you arrive on the top floor, the front door opens and you enter the house through the kitchen.
The modern open kitchen in one corner is particularly practical. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, a large induction hob, steam oven, kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker as well as a dolce gusto coffee maker. Nicely integrated in this open plan kitchen is the dining area for 4+2 people. Next to the front door and opposite the kitchen is also a separate storage room, where the freezer is also located. Between kitchen and dining area, there is a door that gives access to the dining area on the terrace.
Next to this is the living room, with a spacious and comfortable sofa and two cozy seating areas, grouped around the widescreen television, equipped with a Chromecast, so you can easily watch all your usual streaming services. This living space is remarkably light and airy, an effect that is enhanced by the warm and attractive decoration. A side door leads from the living space to the lounge terrace.
In addition to the living space, there are two bedrooms and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own wardrobe, shutters, air conditioning and comfortable beds with nice linens. There is a room with double bed and dressing room, plus a private bathroom with shower and toilet. This room also has a very nice south-facing roof terrace with sea view. The second room has a pull-out bed that can serve as a single or double bed if desired.
A separate guest toilet also houses the laundry room and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, elegantly concealed behind sliding doors.
In the middle of the open plan living room, between the living space and the dining area, a staircase leads to the top floor, with the delightful private suite and a comfortable private bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The bedroom also has a private sun terrace, with phenomenal views. This bedroom has shutters and individual air conditioning.
Outdoor living: The large roof terrace runs next to the living room and kitchen over the entire width of the house. The view of the Puig Campana, the mountain to which the house owes its name, never gets boring. An awning and parasol provide shade and a windbreak is perfect during the low season to still enjoy the outdoors. The terrace was also very cleverly arranged, so that it meets different functions;
