CASA ALEGRIA; A COLORFUL OASIS WITH A LOVELY GARDEN
Elegant, but at the same time cozy, Casa Alegria is a real home away from home. As soon as you step inside, the warm atmosphere embraces you: the soft light coming through the many large windows, the harmony of colors and textures, and the comfortable seating areas everywhere.
Outside, the garden and the spacious terrace beckon. Here you lose yourself in a good book, enjoy a nice conversation or sip an aperitif while the sun slowly sets. Surrounded by swaying palm trees, colorful flowers and the distant view of the Benidorm skyline, in Casa Alegria you immediately feel the tranquility of a hidden oasis, while the bustling entertainment of Benidorm and Finestrat remains within reach.
ACCOMMODATION
You can enter the complex by car through a large entrance gate. Immediately to the right is the open parking and next to it Casa Alegria. Via a short road you immediately reach the entrance of this charming house with garden. When you open the front door, you enter the entrance hall with the kitchen immediately on the left.
On the ground floor;
- The modern separate kitchen looks very light and spacious and is equipped with every ease of use, including a combi fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and capsule coffee maker. All household goods to cook and dine at home are available. The large sliding doors that open onto the garden make the kitchen a particularly light space, making it a wonderful place to be for those who like to stir the pots.
- Opposite the kitchen is an inviting living and dining room. A solid wooden table seats eight guests. In addition, there is a comfortable large sofa and a cozy club chair, grouped around the wide-screen TV. The living space is surrounded by windows that open onto the garden, which provides a pleasant feeling of space and light. A sliding window leads from the living space to the terrace and private garden.
- On the ground floor there is also a comfortable bedroom with two individual beds, its own wardrobe, shutters and air conditioning. A small desk is very useful for those who want to work or study remotely. Next to this room is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The washing machine is also located here.
- Here are two more bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, one of which is en suite. The separate bathroom has a bath, while the modern ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have two comfortable single beds, air conditioning, shutters and spacious wardrobes.
- The master room has a nice terrace with nice views of the surroundings and the skyline of Benidorm in the distance. On the landing there is also a small terrace overlooking the communal garden and a cozy sitting area to drink a cup of coffee.
Outdoor Living:
Casa Alegria is a warm and inviting house, cheerful as its name itself, and continues that line in the outdoor spaces. From the living room and kitchen you can step straight into the private garden, with the wonderfully spacious terrace — a wonderful place to relax in the sun or in the shade.
- The terrace combines several functions. There is a comfortable lounge area with a very large corner sofa. This is the perfect place to take a breather after a day at the beach or by the pool, and enjoy an aperitif as the evening falls gently.
- The covered dining area has a large table that seats six guests. Breakfast, lunch or dinner ... at Casa Alegria it all happens in a relaxed holiday atmosphere, with a view of the garden and surrounded by lots of greenery.
In the garden, comfortable sun loungers invite you to read, doze or simply enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun. For those who prefer some shade, all terraces have awnings and there is also a large parasol that can be moved.
Fancy a refreshing dip? From Casa Alegria you can walk to the two beautiful lagoon-shaped swimming pools. The Mediterranean gardens with lush lawns are surrounded by swaying palm trees and colorful flowers and are reminiscent of a tropical oasis.
If you want to end the day with a relaxing summer evening in the company of family or friends after an afternoon at the beach or pool, you can light up the charcoal barbecue on the terrace of Casa Alegria and enjoy grilling — the perfect end to another beautiful day of vacation.
