In case of cancellation, the tenant pays a fee to the landlord. This amounts to:

• In case of cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 25% of the agreed price;
• In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed price;
• In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 75% of the agreed price;
• In case of cancellation within 1 month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the agreed price;
• If cancelled on the day of arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the agreed price.

The fee will be refunded proportionally, after deduction of administration costs, if the space is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the tenant and with the written consent of the owner for the same period or part thereof.

Normal consumption of electricity is included. For a consumption above 125 kWh per week, € 0.45 per kWh will be deducted from the deposit
