The villa is located on a cul-de-sac (so no through traffic). Peace and space are therefore key words. Its central location in relation to the center of Dénia, beach, golf courses, padel courts and nature ensures that everything is easily accessible.
Layout of the villa:
Sitting room with dining area, opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the sea and the castle.
Kitchen with bar which is equipped with all appliances, such as American fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Juicer, Nespresso machine, kettle, egg cooker, contact grill and hand blender. The crockery is very extensive, as are the pan set and cutlery. You will not easily miss out.
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet.
The master bedroom has two built-in wardrobes and a double bed of 1.80 by 2m.
2nd bedroom with built-in wardrobe and double bed of 1.80 by 2m.
3rd bedroom with built-in wardrobe and double bed of 1.80 by 2m.
2nd bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. TV available. Internet with very good connection, both inside and outside.
Air Conditioning in living room and all bedrooms.
The property is secured by a wall and electric gate at the entrance.
Outside space:
Spacious terrace with views of the Montgó nature reserve at the rear and at the front you look over Dénia and the castle to the Mediterranean Sea.
From the living room you enter the covered porch (naya) and an uncovered area with seating.
At the pool you have at your disposal sun loungers and umbrella (this can be found in the laundry room)
The lounge area near the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large Kamado Joe BBQ.
Private swimming pool of 4.5 by 7.5 meters.
A laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
At the rear of the house is a large drying rack.
Covered carport, where 1 car can be parked in the shade.
Around the house is a mature landscaped garden with lawn.
The outdoor area offers a lot of privacy.
Studio for 2 people:
Our studio for 2 people can be booked optionally.
This studio is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, two sinks, large built-in wardrobe with a mirror, air conditioning/heating and a box spring for two people.
From the studio you have a direct view of the pool, the terrace and nature.
Our Wi-Fi network has a long range both indoors and outdoors.
Dénia:
Dénia is located between Alicante and Valencia. 1900 kms from Amsterdam. Easily accessible by plane via the airports of Alicante or Valencia.
From the villa you can reach the cozy center of Dénia in 5 minutes by car.
Dénia is a top gastronomic destination with more than 400 restaurants and numerous traditional tapas bars.
Beautiful promenade with the port and the direct ferry service to Ibiza.
A visit to the castle of Dénia is also worthwhile.
Supermarkets:
There are several supermarkets in the vicinity.
And for shopping enthusiasts there are plenty of nice shops in the center of Dénia and about 20 minutes by car from our villa is a large shopping mall "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara.
Sandy beach:
The sandy beaches are 7 minutes by car east of the town.
Hiking:
Behind the villa you walk directly into the nature of the Montgó mountains. Various hiking trails start here in overwhelming nature.
Golf:
You can play golf in the immediate vicinity. There are 4 golf courses in the area. The best golf course is Club de Golf Oliva Nova and the most reviewed golf course is La Sella Golf. From our villa this is a 15-minute drive.
Cycle:
Dénia is also very easy to reach by bike. Bicycles can be rented and delivered to your home.
Finally:
- We do not accept reservations for youth groups (under 24 years)
- No large pets allowed. Small dogs in consultation.
- Check-in schedule: Every day from 16:00h to 19:00h
- Departure time: Before 10:00h
- During the low season, check-in and check-out times are more flexible.
- Shorter stay than 7 days outside the high season due to, for example, a golf weekend, in consultation.
