Located near the towns of Pego and Denia (departure boats to Ibiza) on the well-known Monte Pego, with panoramic views from the house and terraces on the Marjal nature reserve, the coastline and surrounding mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, shower room, kitchen, lounge and a beautiful terrace with views over the valley, mountains and coastline. The swimming pool, barbecue and sun loungers are on the terrace next to the apartment. During the low season, the pool is heated by means of a solar water heater. So when there is enough sun, the pool is heated and you can still enjoy it in autumn or spring.
The apartment is rented out so that you can also enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings with numerous activity options such as walking, beach and sea, cycling, visiting caves, restaurants,...
There is room for 2 to 6 people.

Hello,
We are Danny, Leen and the children Olivia and Mewen.
We bought this beautiful typical Spanish house with pool on Monte Pego in January 2022 and completely refreshed and renovated it. All bathrooms were completely renovated, as well as a kitchen. The house was equipped with everything necessary to experience a carefree and great holiday. We always look forward to experiencing our holidays here and are happy to share this house with people who also want to enjoy their holiday here.
