Our property "Casa Valentine" is located in an apartment complex very centrally located between the sea and the mountain "el Montgo" in the town of Denia.  It is located in a dry area with winter sun at the foot of the mount el Montgo and less than 1500 meters from the town of Denia and the beach. Plenty to do for everyone. If you are sporty, or very culinary and cultural, then you are in the right place in Denia. There is a lot to do throughout the year. 

Our property is on the ground floor with a large garden with terrace adjacent to the pool. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed and in the middle a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. 

An open kitchen with adjoining bar, a dining room with a round table and a spacious sitting room overlooking the garden and pool. 

The apartment complex is new and very spacious. Equipped with a private parking space.

We are Aad and Pascalle. Together with our daughter Valentine of 1 we live in Leiden, but we love Spain. We prefer to be in Dénia as often as possible, so that we can enjoy the sun and the beautiful surroundings around our house. Aad cycles here for many hours and Pascalle likes to scour all the restaurants in the area for the best tapas :-) We work in the Netherlands, so unfortunately there are also a lot of times when we can't be in our home in Spain.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• Within 24 hours after the deposit, you can cancel your booking and you will receive the deposit back from us in full.

• Within 3 months before the start of the rental period, we will not refund the deposit to your account.

• Within 2 months before the start of the rental period, we will charge 50% of the total costs after deduction of the deposit.

• Within 1 month to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 75% of the total costs after deduction of the deposit.

• Within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100% of the total costs after deduction of the deposit.

• Within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100% of the total costs after deduction of the deposit. If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

There is plenty to do in the area. There are golf courses, you can snorkel, rent water scooters, make mountain walks at different levels, beach walks, mountain biking but also enjoy the culinary city of Denia with its own culture.
If you like to play golf, la Sella has three 9-hole courses for you. The courses are beautifully maintained and with great views of the sea and of the Montgo.
You can rent complete sets if you go by plane and still want to play golf. You can also take lessons at the Golf Academy of la Sella. You will be taught by PGA professionals from Europe, Ireland and the UK.
If the weather is not so good or if you just like shopping, the shopping center Portal de la Marina in Ondara is a must.
You can also eat and drink well and there is a cinema.
