Accommodation
Upon arrival at Casa d'Olivera you immediately feel light, space and air. This stylish villa is set on one level on a spacious corner plot. Through an automated gate there is a driveway at the rear, with space for two large cars. A staircase leads to the front door and entrance hall, which leads through the kitchen to the open plan living space. There is also a second entrance on the same level as the living space, ideal for those with limited mobility . The light living space has several functions.
- The open kitchen is cozy and modern equipped with a combi fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle and toaster. The tasteful decor makes every meal special. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a round table for 6 people and a warm living room with comfortable sofas and TV.
From the combined living space, an elegant archway gives access to a hallway leading to the stylish bedrooms.
- A first door on the right side of this hallway houses a microcement bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, toilet, double washbasin and a window that lets in natural light.
- Also on the right side of the hallway, is the first bedroom, the smallest of the three, but very cozy and very conveniently furnished, with a double bed (160x200) and a comfortable open clothes rack with sufficient hanging space and shelves. The room has roller shutters, can be completely darkened and has air conditioning.
- At the very end of the hallway, a third door leads to the second bedroom. This one is larger and has two single beds (90x200) and a Mediterranean built-in wardrobe and shelves. There are shutters to darken the room and a ceiling fan provides a cooling breeze or you can choose to turn on the air conditioning. As in the rest of the house, a lot of attention has been paid to the smallest details, with beautiful handmade night lights and very nice decoration.
- Finally, at the end of the hallway on the left is the spacious master bedroom with a large double bed (180x200) and an open built-in wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, double washbasin and natural light. Roller shutters darken the room, and a ceiling fan and air conditioning provide cooling. From the master suite you look out over the pool and you can step outside through French doors—the perfect start to your day!
Both the master bedroom and the living room have patio doors to the covered terrace and the outdoor area. The bright living room overlooks the pool and the surrounding landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants. A sleek white wall with large cacti offers privacy and is an eye-catcher by the pool.
- On the covered terrace there is an inviting large wooden table with a wooden bench and chairs. Under this canopy it is wonderful to stay during the warmer summer months. You look out over the swimming pool that measures approximately five by ten meters . Here you can easily swim laps or splash around and cool off. Lie down on one of the wooden loungers with comfortable cushions under the thatched parasols, which provide both shade and a genuine holiday feeling.
- Next to the pool is a spacious covered chill-out lounge with bar, stone benches and comfortable cushions. With thatched roof, turquoise tiles and sunlight, it exudes a southern atmosphere. The bar has a fridge and sink. This private place is perfect for lounging, aperitifs and enjoying.
- The stately olive tree, after which Casa d'Olivera is named, stands next to the outdoor lounge with two wooden seats, perfect for relaxing in the shade. Next to the tree is an orchard where you can pick Spanish fruits such as lemons, oranges and nisperos . The orchard leads to the rear of the house with driveway, parking and a separate room with washing machine.
- The second entrance to the house is through a pedestrian door that opens onto the terrace with the pool, through which you walk into the house via the covered terrace and with only 2 steps.
