When you return to your home base, the comfortable décor, natural light, and spacious layout provide a perfect place to relax and recharge after a full day of beach bliss. Stream your favorite movies and programs on the TV via the available (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chrome in the living room, or use the Senseo and fridge to make your favorite drinks. You won't have to look for restaurants every time the group gets hungry when you step into the fully equipped kitchen, which is kitted out with plenty of counter space to prepare ingredients, bar chairs (2), a dishwasher and cooking utensils. Plus, there's no better way to end any dreamy day than with a cocktail on your private balcony or rooftop terrace.
All three bedrooms are equipped with a closet, air conditioning and a double bed, making you feel relaxed and at home. There are two fully equipped bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom has a bath/shower combination, sink and toilet.
Furthermore, you have one allocated parking space if you need it. There is a washing machine in the apartment for your use. The private pool can be heated, but only on request in certain periods!

Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this duplex.
2: The plunge pool on the roof terrace is out of use from December 1 to April 1.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
Important information:
The plunge pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are € 20 per day and start on the day we turn on the pump.
- Check-in : from 17:00. In consultation, an earlier check-in time is possible, but this depends on the planning that day.
