Welcome to the Nautilus 2 apartment Maroen! Located in the port of Calpe, just a few steps from the beach, restaurants and bars, this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located on the Mediterranean Sea. The perfect place to spend your well-deserved holiday.

This corner apartment on the tenth floor (accessible by elevator) has unobstructed views of the harbor, the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñon d'Ifach. Living and dining area with a smart TV (with IPTV) offers you the opportunity to enjoy our global channel package and to log in directly to all your personal streaming accounts. The living room opens to the large seaside balcony. Also free WIFI in the apartment.

The equipped kitchen provides the perfect space to prepare dinner. Enjoy your meals while relaxing on your large private terrace, sipping margaritas while taking in breathtaking sea views every evening.

Sit back and relax in the master bedroom on the lovely double bed. And take a bath or shower in the privacy of your en-suite bathroom. The sideboard together with the cupboard offers enough space for everyone. The guest bedroom has two single beds and a closet. In the hallway is the guest bathroom which is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have built-in air conditioning.

When you're not at the beach soaking up some natural vitamin D, you can enjoy the community pool. Then, after a day of fun and sun, Maroen has a beautiful large private balcony with sea views, intended for sitting, having a drink and planning your next day or just enjoying the view! In this apartment you will start and end your day with sea views, crashing waves and reminiscing about the memories made!

It doesn't matter if you come for a week, two or even a month, we promise you won't be disappointed here to enjoy the sun and fun!

1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this apartment.
2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. An additional amount of €50.00 must be paid for this upon arrival.
3: You have 140 kWh of electricity per week. Additional consumption is € 0.35 per kWh
