Our apartment "Amalia" has recently been completely renovated. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Garzas residence, 2nd line by the sea and is completely sun-oriented.


The apartment has been completely renovated and has a modern feel. The cozy marina with numerous delicious fish restaurants and the Peñon de Ifach and the beach of El Arenal are a short walk away (10 min.) From the sunny terrace you can enjoy an unobstructed view, on the left of the Peñón de Ifach, on the right on the promenade and the beach, and sideways on the Salinas.

The old city center with its cozy streets and restaurants is a short walk away.

There is an underground parking space, ideal during the busy summer season. 

The apartment is spacious and practically furnished. Everything is there to relax and enjoy.

Do you like to go to the market? a 10-minute walk takes you to the large Saturday market at the Lidle supermarket.

Kitchen : completely new kitchen in white high-gloss, equipped with every possible comfort, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,..... everything is there
Good wifi throughout the apartment
Terrace : In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast on the sunny terrace, or just enjoy the beautiful view. Everything is possible! 
Advantage: terrace is equipped with glass curtains, which can be opened either completely or partially.

We are Guy and Lut and Guy from Belgium. In 2013 we bought a dilapidated villa in Benissa (Villa Perla del Mar ref. 18118) which we have transformed into a gem.
In April 2016 we discovered this nice apartment in the heart of Calpe.
A nice, spacious apartment, in the middle of all accommodation, located in a beautiful location. Ideal to spend your holidays or to spend the winter. The place to enjoy ! So come and take a look.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The changeover day is flexible, changeover day Friday, Saturday and Monday
From November to March we have special winter prices for long-term rentals. Please contact us for more information.

Arrival and departure before 9 a.m. and after 7 p.m . and on Sundays : + 30 euros
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Anyone who drives along the Costa Blanca and is in Calpe, can not ignore this giant rock. Ifach towers with a height of more than three hundred meters far above the Mediterranean off. Who likes a brisk walk which can run up to more than an hour. From the rock you have a wonderful panoramic view of Calpe with its beautiful sandy beaches, the beautiful resort of Moraira, and the well-known Benidorm in the distance.
Calpe is a port city with history. It's stroll along the marina with the typical fish restaurants and the old city center.
The weekly colorful Saturday market is a stone's throw away from our apartment. The supply of fresh fruit and vegetables is huge. Here and there can be tasted even fruit and assorted olives.


Het pittoreske stadje Altea op 10 km van Calpe is absoluut een bezoekje waard. Vooral de oude binnenstad met de prachtige kerk met blauwe koepel, het plein, de witte huisjes en zeer smalle straatjes trekken vele bezoekers. Vanop het plein heeft u een prachtig zicht op de stad en de zee. In de smalle straatjes zijn een groot aantal kunstgalerije.
Benidorm is undoubtedly the biggest tourist attraction of the Costa Blanca. Who says Benidorm says mass tourism. Who loves crowds, sun, sea and beach here comes into his own. Definitely worth a visit.
Only 8 km away is the lovely seaside town of Moraira with its picturesque harbor. Nice stroll along the promenade, the small streets with cozy restaurants and shops. Enjoy a drink on a terrace, which is Moraira. The weekly Friday market attracts visitors from far and nearby.
