For many years we have made people happy with a wonderful holiday in the studio in Benissa Costa. The first word on arrival is always "WOW" here we are going to enjoy, hence the name dream place costablanca, there you can read more information.
Now a golden gem with the name "ORO"
Connoisseurs dream of being able to stay in a Ricardo Bofill home.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note: from 1/10 to 1/4 this property is rented until further notice. The price was/is € 790.00 per week during that period. So that's originally the v.a. price.

THE PRICE IS BASED ON 2 pers, OPTION IS A 3rd PERS. Please contact us for more information.

Very nice months are APRIL - MAY and JUNE € 890.00 per week WHICH IS AN EXCEPTION FOR US THAT IT..... incl. everything for bath, kitchen and shower, also tourist tax WIFI and parking is FREE (Cleaning and electricity excl).
Date is always approximately! As indicated, please ask us first. Rent is at least 2 weeks

For stays longer than 4 weeks, a cleaning in between is mandatory (€ 70.00)
Renting far in advance (1.5 years) is always with a small condition, also for the studio in Benissa Costa. We have already taken into account change/cleaning days.

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
