The large garden/parking has space for 6 vehicles, you can even park with your camper on the fully enclosed plot of 4000m2 in total.
The kitchen is of course equipped with all necessary equipment, microwave, oven, 5 burner infrared hob etc. On the large terrace is the swimming pool with a bar table with 3 stools and Roman stairs with seating in the water. The 4 underwater spotlights (2 under the bar table and 2 in the side wall) provide a fairytale picture at dusk and in the evening. On the terrace you will also find the large (covered/shaded) outdoor kitchen that can be opened on all sides, guaranteeing a very pleasant stay. There is enough space to choose a spot in the sun or a shady spot under the pergola (30 x 4 meters).
Directly adjacent to the large swimming pool is the children's pool/splash pool, here too a large palm tree provides sufficient shade. The waterfall will give you a luxurious, resort-like feel. Of course, there is also a swing bench to enjoy the breathtaking and unobstructed view of the famous mountain "Bernia"

- Arrival time: every day from 17:00 to 0:00 or earlier in consultation if possible.
- Departure time: 10:00 or later in consultation if possible.
- We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as you are in the vicinity of the destination. Then go to the house or the agreed meeting place.
- During the low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the rental organization for the possibilities.
- Refund of the deposit will be made by bank transfer within 7 days of your departure.
- We do not accept reservations for youth groups (under 25 years old)
