The guesthouse is adjacent to our villa and camper place with a magnificent view of the Bernia mountain. The apartment has a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Equipped with all conveniences such as a refrigerator, microwave and oven.

TV via channel digital. Ample parking available. 5 km from the beach and the very beautiful promenade of Altea, accessible via beautiful cycling routes through the orchards. Altea itself, with its cozy streets and old town, is also worth visiting regularly.

The many restaurants are also all open in winter. Many winterers have already discovered the area and come back every year.

Electricity is not included and is charged per kwh 0.35

We are Eibert and Janet and have been living in our beautiful villa/finca on the Costa Blanca for 7 years. We have space for 4 campers on the property. The camper pitches, as well as the apartment, can be rented from October 1 to April 1. Our tenants greatly appreciate the pleasant contact with the often annually returning (Dutch) motorhome owners.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 5 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
