Villa Maravilla Solar is a recently renovated, single-storey villa in Moraira, with breathtaking views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This fully fenced villa offers peace, space and privacy, ideal for families, couples or winter visitors.
Inside you will find three spacious bedrooms: two with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The bathrooms are modern, one of which has a walk-in shower and the other a bathtub. Each room is fresh and carefully decorated and equipped with air conditioning (can also be used as heating). The style is modern, Mediterranean, boho chic.
The bright living room is perfect for relaxing, with a seating area, television with Chromecast and fast fiber optic internet – ideal for remote working. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and even a water filter for drinking water.
Outside, a large, well-kept garden with colorful flowers and plants, several seating areas, comfortable sun loungers and a lovely private swimming pool awaits. Here you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet or barbecue together under the stars. Private parking is available on site.
