The villa is located in the beautiful area of Magnolias. The property can also be rented in the winter for longer term, there is central heating for the winter months. Be quick, and choose a beautiful villa, in a quiet neighborhood and with the beautiful view.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The naja offers a lot of comfort and you can experience wonderful moments in both summer and winter. The spacious open kitchen is new and made in a beautiful Mediterranean style. The car can be parked in the carport/garage.
Of course, the house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy the beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool with lots of privacy. The outdoor shower has also been thought of.

My name is Rosemie and a few years ago I lost my heart to the Costa Blanca. Since 2024 I have been opening Casa San Maya for rent. I still go to the house several times a year. What I enjoy most is hearing afterwards that tenants felt very much at home in the house, that's what I do it for: that everyone spends as blissful a holiday there as I do. Prices for long-term winter rental possible after consultation.

Payment terms:
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30%. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. In addition, cleaning and towels are paid on site and a deposit of 500 euros is requested. This deposit will be refunded after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation or its contents. If you have any questions about our prices or booking conditions, please feel free to contact us.

We always recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
