In keeping with the architecture of the house, we have also given the apartments inside the attractive Mediterranean style. You quickly feel at home there.

Within 10 minutes you are on the golf course of Jávea or on the slightly larger course of Club de Golf Ifach in Moraira. Both beautifully located and suitable for every level.
Cyclists can indulge themselves with the many challenging routes in the area. From the climbs in Cumbre del Sol (where even the Vuelta regularly passes) to quiet rides along the coast or through the interior towards Jalón and Guadalest. The roads are well maintained and the views are often breathtaking.

Moraira is one of the most popular places on the Costa Blanca. Think: sandy beaches, cozy terraces, an attractive night market, a small boulevard and delicious fish restaurants. And that only 5 minutes away!
2. Jávea (Xàbia) – old town and wide beaches
A charming mix of old and new: the historic center with white facades and tapas bars, and opposite the wide sandy beach of El Arenal with beach bars, shops and boulevard. For teenagers and twenty-somethings the place to be to go out in all kinds of clubs.
3. Cumbre del Sol – viewpoints and hiking trails
An impressive nature reserve nearby with rugged cliffs, viewpoints over the sea and beautiful hiking trails. Ideal for nature lovers and hikers.
4. Friday morning market in Moraira – fresh, local and cozy
Every Friday morning, the square near the beach transforms into a lively market full of local produce, clothing, cheeses, olives and souvenirs. A cozy way to taste the real Spanish life.
