Villa Rosabel is located in a quiet residential area in Benissa near the beautiful Moraira. Villa Rosabel has a large private swimming pool and nice terrace with outdoor shower, barbecue and dining table. The villa is tastefully decorated and from the dining room you have a beautiful view of your garden.
The nearest beach (Cala Baladrar) is just 1.4 km away. From here you have spectacular views of the Ifach (rock of Calpe). Check out the fishing village of Moraira with its nice bars, restaurants and shops or spend your day on the fine sandy beach of this village (4.4 km).
Inside Villa Rosabel
Ground floor
This is a detached holiday home with one floor and studio. Upon entering, you turn right into the living room. Here you will find a sitting area, air conditioning, fireplace, television with Dutch channels and electric underfloor heating. Further on you will find the spacious naya with dining area. From here you can take a staircase to the roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The hallway leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a double bed, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. There is also a separate toilet. This villa also has wifi.
Studio
The entrance to the studio can be found outside on the side of the pool. Upon entering you walk into the bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. In the studio you will also find a small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven and refrigerator. Bathroom 2 has a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
The outdoors of Villa Rosabel
Villa Rosabel is a detached villa that you can walk around. On both sides of the house you will find nice seating areas to enjoy the sun. At the rear of the villa you will find the spacious swimming pool (8x4 meters and 1.20 - 1.90 meters deep) surrounded by 6 sun loungers and parasol. Almost next to the private pool is also an outdoor shower. There is also a lounge set here. There is a dining table and a mobile barbecue (gas).
The partition planting around the pool area of the villa has recently been redesigned and is still low, so that there is a view of the neighboring garden and vice versa.

- In the May holidays, autumn holidays and the period from July to August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
