Two kilometers from the coast is Villa Pendulo in a large tropical garden with swaying palms. At the spacious swimming pool (10 x 5 m) a new outdoor kitchen has been built with a nice Ibiza vibe. There is a large dining table, lounge area, shower and toilet .... Actually an outdoor apartment.
In the garden there is a jeu-de-boules court and a large chessboard with chess pieces of almost a meter high.
The villa can accommodate eight people and is fully equipped. The four double bedrooms and the three bathrooms are divided into two apartments.
The house is located in Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca is popular with sun worshippers thanks to its large amount of sunshine hours and pleasant temperatures all year round.
The area around Benissa is very green and mountainous. There are beautiful hiking trails and beautiful bays. It is not difficult to find a terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, where you can enjoy a nice cocktail.
