Two kilometers from the coast is Villa Pendulo. The villa can accommodate eight people and is fully equipped. The four double bedrooms and the three bathrooms are divided into two apartments.
There are two terraces, one is adjacent to the house and one is by the large swimming pool (10 x 5 m) in a spacious garden (2000m2). In the garden there is a jeu de boules court and a large chessboard with chess pieces almost one meter high.
The house is located in Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca is popular with sunbathers thanks to the large amount of sunshine and pleasant temperatures all year round.
The area surrounding Benissa is very green and mountainous. There are beautiful hiking trails and beautiful coves. It is not difficult to find a terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, where you can enjoy a tasty cocktail.
