VILLA DOMINGO HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA / MORAIRA
This holiday home from Belgian owners is a lovely detached holiday home with private pool is Villa Domingo in Benissa, located right next to Moraira (15 minutes by car). A big advantage is that the villa is completely on one level inside. Everything is within reach, which gives a good and clear feeling. You will experience an optimal holiday experience, partly due to the great covered outdoor kitchen and the greenery around you.

LAYOUT VILLA DOMINGO
The spacious grounds of Villa Domingo are completely closed and through a gate you can park the car(s) on private land (maximum two). The property is accessed via four steps from the terrace. The living room has a sitting area, wood stove and air conditioning (hot/cold). Wifi is available. There is a smart TV, you can log in to your own streaming service on the TV. The open kitchen with bar is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3-burner induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200) with air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) with air conditioning (hot/cold). Bedroom 3: double bed (150x200) with air conditioning (hot/cold). Second bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. Ironing board/iron, washing machine available.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA DOMINGO IN BENISSA / MORAIRA
The Flemish owners have made sure that you will have many pleasant hours on the outdoor terrace under the veranda. A cup of coffee in the morning or hours of dining at the end of the day. You have a good view of the nice swimming pool (8x4m). The swimming pool is centrally located with four sunbeds, two umbrellas, separate toilet, outdoor shower, lounge area and a seating area. The outdoor kitchen has a beautiful roof, large dining table, a gas barbecue, water (hot/cold), and a refrigerator. We want to highlight the green background of the villa. A unique location.

Practical information
Particularities- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter rental
In this house winter rental is possible in the months of November and December. The months of January, February and March are on request. The price for 4 weeks is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning after 4 weeks mandatory. The villa is heated by air conditioning and a wood burning stove. The costs are calculated via the meter (€ 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption).

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
