It is quietly located between the fashionable coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe and about 3 km from the beautiful coastline with its lovely sandy beaches and restaurants. And with their backs against the hilly Spanish hinterland. A paradise for golfers, cyclists, hikers and bon vivants. The villa is complete and very spacious and modernly furnished. The villa has a private Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa with several terraces and a beautiful private swimming pool.

We are Roel and Bianka and we enjoy living in The Hague. We enjoy coming regularly with the children and our toy poodle Lotte to our wonderful holiday home Villa Amare on the Montemar in Benissa. It is more like our second home with all amenities and (almost) always under the sun. It is a spacious and attractive family home, very privately located with a lovely swimming pool and unobstructed views. A beautiful place where enjoyment is written in capital letters ;-).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
