Finca Jasmin is a beautiful luxury finca, very quietly located, yet a very short distance from Benissa (5 min), the beach (15 min.) and lively seaside resorts such as Moraira, Altea and Calpe. If you want to alternate silence, peace and relaxation with culture, visits to villages, seaside resorts, beach, shops, terraces, restaurants, cycling and hiking, then a stay at finca Jasmin is definitely something for you.
The large finca is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in the area, just outside the authentic Spanish village of Benissa between grape vines and beautiful almond and olive groves.
Finca Jasmin is tastefully and tastefully decorated. This makes the house very characteristic both outside and inside.
The finca is privately located as the only house on a private road on a plot of 23,000 m2 with, among other things, olive trees and cypresses. No sounds of cars and crowds, just nature and chirping birds. The finca has its own entrance gate and a driveway with plenty of parking spaces.
In addition to a lovely sun terrace by the pool, the finca has two covered terraces; the so-called nayas. There is one naya on the first floor, where there is a long table (10-12 people) and where you can dine extensively. Especially since you have a large Comado egg Bbq at your disposal. The other naya is located one floor below, at pool level. There is also a large table with garden chairs and a lounge set. There is also a large terrace of 120 m2 behind the house with a large nostalgic table and lounge seats.
The pool is nice and big; 10m by 5.5m and there are 8 sun beds and 4 umbrellas. If you swim you have a beautiful view over the quiet valley.
You can use the Finca as 2 houses, which gives you the opportunity to go on holiday together with two families, but you still have your privacy. The Finca has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and a total of 5 bedrooms (including 1 family room for 4 people) with a bathroom in each bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The two floors also each have their own outdoor terrace.
The upper living area (1st and 2nd floor) consists of;
-a cozy spacious living and dining room with natural stone wall and beautiful fireplace.
-a nice kitchen that is fully equipped.
-a bedroom for 2 people with its own attractive bathroom.
-a spacious family bedroom for 4 people with bathroom en suite.
The lower living area (pool level) comprises;

-a particularly tasteful kitchen with a Falcon stove and many authentic elements.
-Three attractively decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
There is also a fourth floor; The entertainment / wine cellar floor, optional to book (prices are listed at rates). Fun for young and old with table football and a pool table. But also a DJ set and a real cinema with a very large screen (hundreds of DVDs available) Play games during the day and celebrate your own party in the evening or watch a movie in one of the 6 wonderful relax/massage chairs in the cinema. And then choose a nice bottle of wine from the antique wine cabinet (for a fee).
The finca is equipped with smart TVs with chromecast so you can also stream. There is a Sonos sound system on which you can play your own spotify. There is Wifi in and around the house.
There is something for everyone in the area; from city (Valencia-Alicante) to village (Altea, Moraira, Javea, Jalon, Benissa, Lliber and others), from mountains (the Bernia) to beaches, from hustle and bustle to peace, from walking or golf to doing nothing etc. For more info see the heading; environment.
To make your holiday complete, we can also provide a cook at home. For the necessary effort you can also rent bicycles that will then be delivered to the finca. Or we can book a bike tour for you in Valencia with a Dutch guide who will take you to the best places, possibly ending with delicious tapas at the end. Ask about the possibilities.
The two airports Alicante and Valencia are both nearby. Alicante is 45 min. and Valencia more than an hour. You can find many flights from the Netherlands from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Maastricht and Groningen. Various airlines also fly from Brussels and Weeze Düsseldorf.
On request you can also rent only the ground floor which is suitable for 6 people. The upper floor will not be rented out, so privacy is guaranteed. Prices on request.
