Casa San Jaime is a luxury villa that, as the name suggests, is located in the sought-after area of San Jaime. It is a fantastic quiet neighborhood and yet you are within 5 min. drive to all the supermarkets, restaurants and beaches.

Our luxury villa is ideal for sporty holidaymakers. In the (heated) 25m swimming pool you can swim your laps every day but also relax. The cyclists can indulge themselves here in this beautiful cycling paradise.

The house has 6 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, so you can also enjoy the necessary privacy in a group. Of course, each bedroom has its own air conditioning.
Since the summers can be hot, the living room also has air conditioning so that it stays pleasantly fresh inside.

Due to the new rental legislation of the Valencian region, it is not possible to rent for a period longer than 10 days.

We consider the house unsuitable for families with small children who cannot swim. The pool is not closed and cannot be closed and we are not responsible for possible accidents.

We are Bert and Caroline. We got to know this beautiful region because Bert's brother moved to Moraira. Since then, we can often be found here several times a year because every season is beautiful here. Bert is a fanatic cyclist and knows the region like the back of his hand. So he can certainly give advice on the best cycling routes and where you can rent bicycles. And of course we enjoy the many restaurants, beaches and beautiful walks with the family!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
