The property also features a very nice private pool with sunbeds, stunning views of Montemar and is only a 10-minute drive from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Casa Pura Vida consists of two floors: an upstairs apartment and an independent apartment on the ground floor, each with its own entrance. The private swimming pool is located next to the apartment. The house is therefore ideal for larger groups, two families or friends who want to go on holiday together but still appreciate their own privacy.

There is room for two cars on the private property. In addition, there is still enough space along the house to park two extra cars.

Casa Pura Vida is located in a quiet, green area between Benissa and Moraira. Within 10 minutes you are on the beach or in one of the charming villages in the area. Moraira, Calpe, Jávea and the Jalón Valley are all gems with cozy markets, restaurants, nature and culture.
