However, the most famous beaches of Benissa Costa are surprisingly close. So when you feel like going out, nothing will stop you.

Casa La Vida is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is therefore completely free of through traffic. You arrive at the house on the upper level, where a pedestrian gate and an automatic entrance gate open onto the spacious private parking with carport. A staircase along the side of the house takes you to the different levels.
Downstairs, on the left, the main terrace opens:
This terrace is partially covered with a pergola and invites you to long, relaxing moments in the open air. The dining table comfortably seats six people and provides the perfect backdrop for cozy lunches and dinners. The brick stone sofa with soft cushions invites you to take long, lazy siestas. You look out onto the mountains, with the sparkling blue of the Mediterranean Sea in the distance, which gives extra depth to any view.
Next to the staircase that connects the different levels, there is a separate laundry room. This practical space is equipped with a washing machine and all the necessary accessories, such as an ironing board, iron and drying rack.
On a slightly lower level we find the entrance to the living area. You enter the open living space: an attractive living room with a sleek, modern open kitchen. Both are bathed in light and offer all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
The sleekly designed kitchen is fully equipped and has all the household goods needed for a carefree stay. Enjoy a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice, a smoothie or a delicious cappuccino for breakfast — you will want for nothing here to roll up your sleeves yourself.
Seamlessly integrated into the living space, cooking and together flow naturally into each other. The atmosphere is clean and minimalistic, while the décor and decoration provide warmth and coziness.
On the left side of the living room is a spacious bedroom, with a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the right is the second, also spacious bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, also equipped with a large walk-in shower. All bathrooms are neatly finished in cement ciré, which provides a modern but at the same time rustic look. The second bedroom is directly connected to the outside and has its own access to the outdoor area and the various terraces.
The pool terrace of Casa La Vida was very well thought out and cozy, completely dedicated to enjoyment and with lots of beach club vibes;
+ The 10 x 3 m swimming pool is located on the lowest level of the house, which makes for a secluded and intimate setting. Here too you look out over nature, with the sea as a tranquil backdrop. The location is particularly serene and almost cocoon-like. Thanks to the favorable sun position, you can enjoy the sun here until late afternoon.
+ Around the pool is a comfortable sitting area with an attractive thatched parasol and stone benches, equipped with comfortable cushions, where you can effortlessly settle down to relax, stretch out in the sun or simply enjoy the moment. With a good book, an aperitif or a nice conversation with your travel companions — the choice is yours.
+ Next to the pool is a separate chill-out area, built under the structure of the house. This covered spot is lovely during warmer days and offers shade and cooling; Ideal for those who want to escape the sun for a while. The perfect place to lounge or quietly let the day slip by. + At the chill-out area there is another cozy terrace with a thatched umbrella and two comfortable sunbeds, with a view of the pool, nature and the sea in the distance. Here is also the outdoor shower.
