Casa Benissima is located on a hill and is spread over three levels.
You will arrive at the upper level (street level), where you can comfortably park your car under the carport. From here, gently sloping external stairs on both sides of the villa lead to the two levels below — all designed for comfort, privacy and effortless stay.
The entire villa exudes the beloved Spanish atmosphere: a relaxed ambiance, complemented by a gentle Mediterranean breeze. Listen to the rustling of the palm trees — everything invites you to enjoy the good life.
On the middle level, you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms and a cozy living room with a modern open kitchen, fully equipped for cooking. For entertainment, there is a smart TV with (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast and high-speed internet.
The bedrooms offer peace and comfort, each with a luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower. One bathroom is en-suite for extra privacy. Thanks to air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, you always sleep wonderfully.
On the lower level, the villa reveals its most enchanting place: a large swimming pool (5x10 meters), surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and a lush Mediterranean garden. Relax on one of the four sunbeds under elegant Bali umbrellas or unwind in the shaded outdoor lounge (the "Naya").
The expansive garden is a true jewel, with a 200-year-old carob tree, various palms, olive trees and cacti, as well as fruit trees such as orange, pear, pomegranate, fig, lemon and persimmons. In addition, colorful bougainvillas and oleander hedges grow there. After a refreshing swim, you can rinse off under the eco-shower.
On the Costa Blanca, every evening from May to October feels like a warm summer evening. Outdoor dining and drinks with family or friends — what more could you want?
The upper level is the owner's private area, but is not used when guests are staying. During your stay, the villa and all its amenities are completely yours alone — with complete privacy guaranteed.
Practical information
- Maximum number of people: four
- Minimum stay: 7 days
- Linen, towels and bath towels for the first week are included.
- Check-in from 16:00. Earlier check-in is possible in consultation. But depending on the cleaning schedule of the day.
- Check-out: before 10:00 am.
- On arrival, a welcome package awaits you with a bottle of wine and a snack and for the first day some household items (Nespresso cups, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets). Hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen.
- Energy: included in the contract is a budget of 75 kWh per week. Extra kWh will be charged at € 0.35 per kWh afterwards
- The top floor will not be used during your stay.
