Casa Benissima has recently been renovated, is located on a hill and has three floors. On the ground floor access and parking. Underneath two floors that are available to guests.
The middle floor has a nice living room with open kitchen to prepare your fresh meals. All kitchen equipment is available.
Sleep in the two stylish bedrooms, each with a luxurious bathroom with rain showers. One bathroom is 'en-suite'. Modern amenities, such as air conditioning and fans in every room, ensure a pleasant stay.

The living room opens onto a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun and the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Ifach Rock.
The bottom floor is a true oasis with a large swimming pool, terrace with Bali parasol and various seating areas. Next to it on the terrace is the pleasant cool outdoor living room ('Naya'). The whole is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden. Relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds on the expansive terrace or enjoy a meal in the shade of the 'Naya'.

The large mature garden is a jewel in itself with a 200 year old carob tree, various palms, olive trees, cacti, fruit trees (oranges, pears, pomegranate, fig, lemon, persimmons), bougainvillea and hedges of oleanders).
Parking and accessibility
You can park under the canopy on the ground floor.
The villa is ideally located for trips in the area.
Renting a car is convenient to explore the beautiful Costa Blanca. Both Valencia and Alicante airports can be reached within an hour and a half.

- Linen, towels and bath towels for the first week are included.
- Check-in from 16:00. Earlier check-in is possible in consultation. But depending on the cleaning schedule of the day.
- Check-out: before 10:00 am.
- On arrival, a welcome package awaits you and some household items for the first day (nespresso cups, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets). Hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen.
- Energy: included in the contract is a budget of 75 kWh per week. Extra kWh will be charged at € 0.35 per kWh afterwards
- The top floor will not be used during your stay.
