Accommodation
Casa Roca is a Mediterranean oasis spread over several floors;
At street level , a wooden gate and a charming stone staircase lead us to the first level, with the private pool area;
- A strikingly beautiful and completely private infinity-style pool of 7 by 3.5 meters invites you to have fun and relax in the water on the built-in pool benches.
- Sturdy sunbeds, comfortable bean bags, umbrellas, an outdoor shower plus and panoramic views. What more could you want?
One floor up, the summer bar with outdoor kitchen is the ideal setting for lively meetings. Bar stools, a refrigerator, a sink with hot and cold water, and a large electric paella pan make cooking a social event. The terrace with pergola and BBQ is the perfect place to enjoy a meal in peace and catch up with friends and family. These shady spots are really lovely during the hot summer days.
If we go to the next floor we find:
- A magnificent public terrace with a beautiful hanging chair and access to two almost identical, but completely independent bedrooms.
- Each room has an independent entrance for complete privacy, as well as a beautiful en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. These two rooms open onto a shared terrace, a quiet place to enjoy a coffee and the panoramic views.
- On this floor there is also the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
After going up a few steps, we discover another level, with another covered terrace:
- Here is the third bedroom. This room has its own entrance from the terrace, as well as its own integrated bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
- A second door on the terrace leads into the elegant living area with open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and Nespresso. The attractive lounge with comfortable sofas exudes Mediterranean warmth and lets light and views flood in.
- Behind the living space is the fourth bedroom. This master bedroom has a separate suite just like the other bedrooms, with an integrated private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
All four bedrooms at Casa Roca offer a stunning combination of understated elegance and comfort, with stone walls, wooden details, crisp white sheets, and carefully chosen accents. The soft, atmospheric light adds to the serene and inviting atmosphere.
Each bedroom is equipped with large closets and comfortable box spring beds (180 x 200 cm). If desired, two of these beds can also be made up as single beds. Stylish wooden blackout doors provide fresh air, and air conditioning can be set separately for each room. Each bedroom can be locked separately.
The highlight of the main floor is without a doubt the terrace next to the living room and the kitchen, where the oval dining table with stone bench is positioned to enjoy the breathtaking views over the sea and the iconic Calpe skyline.
Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the morning sun or a sunset dinner with a gentle sea breeze, this space is designed for unforgettable holiday moments.
On the top level of the house, a private roof terrace with comfortable wooden sun loungers beckons, perfect for those who like to sunbathe in complete privacy and sheltered from the wind.
