ACCOMMODATION
An automatic gate and a stately driveway lead to the spacious car park, where two comfortable parking spaces for Marcielo are provided. From this parking lot you take the elevator to the ground floor, where the house welcomes you.
From the entrance hall, there is access to two separate bedrooms and a bathroom on the right side, while straight ahead you enter the open kitchen with the adjoining living space, which flows seamlessly onto the exceptionally large, partially covered terrace.
- Opposite the entrance hall is the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed of 160 cm and a spacious built-in wardrobe. This room opens onto the terrace and offers a side view of the sea and the mountains. The room is air-conditioned, can be completely darkened with a roller shutter and has its own en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and bath.
- The second guest bedroom is located next to the master bedroom and is equipped with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. This room also has air conditioning and shutters. Next to this room is a comfortable, separate bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
On the other side of the house is the very pleasant livingroom with the partly open, modern kitchen, tastefully integrated into the room. The cozy sitting area and the dining area for four guests complete the living room. The television offers access to several international channels via Chromecast.
The compact, modern open kitchen offersall the necessary conveniences and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, grill and capsule coffee maker. There is plenty of household goods available, and the cheerful design makes cooking here a pleasant experience.
From the living room you step directly onto the terrace , with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive surrounding mountains.
- On the terrace there is a comfortable sitting area, a table with room for 4 guests and probably the favorite spot of many; A highbar table with stools for 4 guests and the perfect place for the aperitif! Whether you enjoy a cup of coffee and an extensive breakfast in the morning, or end the day with a delicious cool drink, this terrace never gets boring. Here you will experience the Mediterranean like never before, with enchanting sunsets behind the mountains.

The village center is a true treasure, but the real gem is the old town of Altea, which is within walking distance. The charming cobbled streets around the iconic church with its bright blue domes are enchanting and offer an impressive range of quality restaurants, outdoor cafes and original boutiques selling local arts and crafts.
