Holiday villa with pool and jacuzzi

Hola, we are René and Angela! In the summer of 2020 we decided to look for a house in Spain with holiday rental potential. We soon agreed on the location; that had to be the Costa Blanca. Guest Villa Altea is a lovely luxury holiday home for groups of up to 12 people. Ideal for two or three families! There is a generous swimming pool and a 6 person jacuzzi. The villa has a beautiful tropical garden with several sun terraces and beautiful sea views all around. 

The villa is centrally located in the hills of the Costa Blanca between the mountains and the sea. 1.5 km from the coast of Altea and 4 km from the city center and the old town. With breathtaking views over Altea, Calpe, Albir and on a clear day bustling Benidorm with its beautiful beaches and delicious tapas streets.

There are 6 bedrooms, 1 with a bunk bed and single bed and 5 with a king or queen size bed. There are 4 bathrooms, two of which have recently been completely modernized. In the living room there is also a nice sofa bed available if necessary. All comforts available, such as: large flat screen TV's  WiFi, comfortable spacious beds and quality bedding. Free parking on site. On the spacious terrace with swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains and picturesque Altea. On the lovely terrace downstairs there is a luxurious 6 person jacuzzi! There are several seating areas in the tropical palm and fruit tree garden. There is also a nice gas bbq available. The house is fully fenced and equipped with an electric fence. We have a very high level of hygiene, personal attention and service and leave nothing to chance. The villa is located in a quiet area with lots of privacy around and on the grounds and has recently been completely restyled in a trendy Ibiza style.
