Very spacious south-facing terrace (about 40 m2), half covered. For other half, double awning present. With panoramic views over trees, mountains, a piece of sea, and in the distance the skyline of Benidorm. Dining table, sitting area and two sunbeds. Completely private.

Bedrooms:
Main bedroom: 1 double bed, with sliding window directly to the main terrace. En-suite bathroom with double sink, bath and toilet. Large built-in wardrobe.
Second bedroom: 2 x single bed (+ trundle bed), built-in wardrobe.

Second bathroom (renewed) 1 sink, walk-in shower and toilet, hairdryer.
Beds are made on arrival. Sufficient towels available, as well as kitchen linen. This is included in the price.

Kitchen: Very well equipped including electr. stove with oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cleaning products etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, sink.

- respect for the neighbors, no parties or night noise

- Swimming: 2 beautiful swimming pools in the gardens, with sun loungers and parasols: in high season a lifeguard is on site during most of the day, otherwise at your own responsibility.
