Living room:
Spacious living room with corner lounge, Smart TV + chromecast, portable bluetooth speaker.

Very spacious south-facing terrace (approx. 40 m2) half covered. For the other half, double awning available. With panoramic views over trees, mountains, a piece of sea, and in the distance the skyline of Benidorm. Dining table, sitting area and two sunbeds.  Completely private. 

Bedrooms:
Main bedroom: 1 double bed, with sliding window directly to the large terrace. En-suite bathroom with double sink, bath and toilet. Large built-in wardrobe.
Second bedroom: 2 x single bed (+ trundle bed), built-in wardrobe.

Second bathroom (renovated) 1 sink, walk-in shower and toilet, hairdryer.  
Beds are made on arrival.  Sufficient towels are provided, as well as kitchen linen.  This is included in the price.

Kitchen: Very well equipped with electr. stove with oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cleaning products etc.
Utility room: washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, sink.

Conditions:
- max 4 persons
- non-smoking
- pets not allowed
- respect for the neighbors, no parties or night noise

- Swimming: 2 beautiful swimming pools in the gardens, with sun loungers and parasols: in high season a lifeguard is on site for most of the day, outside of that at his own risk.

We are pleased to present our apartment with the beautiful terrace. It is wonderful to sit there, enjoy the beautiful view with a nice glass of Spanish wine, very quiet with complete privacy. And go for a swim in between to cool off... simply wonderful! I hope that our tenants can also enjoy this.
