Located in the beautiful Vall de Pop valley with towns such as Alcalali, Jalon and Parcent, this villa has a very nice location. In a small rustic residential area we are at the end of a dead end road. We are within walking distance of the village of Alcalali, handy if you want to go to a bar or restaurant without using the car. The villa has a sea of peace, space and privacy, moreover with great views. You have the villa to yourself and the check-in is done by means of a key manager.
There is a cozy dining, living area and the open kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom with a double bed has a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and in the attic there is a comfortable sofa bed, they share a second bathroom. The bedrooms have new beds and linen and are equipped with mosquito netting and good fans. Of course, there is its own strong WiFi connection, useful for children with games on the laptop. On the smart TV, you can stream your own TV app to watch your favorite shows. The stereo system has a bluetooth connection, open your favorite music app on your phone and play it on the music system.
Villa Relax has a large private swimming pool of 8x4 meters with a depth of 1:20 meters to 2:20 meters, here you can really take a dip and swim laps. There are several terraces with a wonderful view, do you sit by the pool or on the quiet side terrace or rather in the shaded roof. After a day of sightseeing, it is wonderful to come back here to enjoy the peace and quiet.
The Vall de Pop region is extremely popular and for good reason; There are many rustic villages, excellent restaurants and boutique shops. The region is also very popular among hikers and cyclists. In the villa we have an information folder with beautiful walking and driving routes. The coast is also never far away, you are already on the beach in half an hour's drive. Coastal towns such as Denia, Javia and Moraira are also nice to visit and in a good hour you can travel to Valencia or Alicante for a city visit. Plenty of choice.
Upon arrival you will be checked in by a local key manager, you pay 135 euros on the spot for final cleaning and service costs. You do not pay this in advance when booking.
