-It is not allowed to celebrate parties.
-It is not allowed to play loud music.
-It is not allowed to exceed the number of people reserved.
-Please respect the hours of silence to facilitate good coexistence with the neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the apartment.
-It is not allowed to hang towels on the railing of the terrace.
-The actions carried out through the Wi-Fi during your stay in the accommodation are your exclusive responsibility.
-The charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited in the apartment car park.
-The landlord is not responsible for the theft, theft, damage or loss of objects or money owned by the tenant that were in the apartment, the car park or the common areas of the building.
-Please make sure not to leave the keys on the door inside when leaving the apartment, otherwise, you would not be able to close or open the door and we would have to call a locksmith and they will have to assume the cost which is 30€.
