This spacious luxury four-person apartment is very centrally yet quietly located in Albir, a very short walk from the beach, close to all restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was completely renovated and modernized in November 2023.
Albir is pleasantly busy all year round and is located near Benidorm and Altea and about 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
The small-scale apartment complex (25 apartments, 1 apartment of which can be rented for family or friends, if available) has a spacious beautiful tropical enclosed garden with a nice swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and some seating areas. In this garden you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning until late in the evening. On the fourth floor there is a huge roof terrace where you can barbecue, bbq available. The roof terrace offers an incredible 365 degree view of the beautiful surroundings and where you can enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
The apartment itself is on the ground floor with a very large terrace (45 m2) of which a piece is covered. From early in the morning until late in the afternoon you can enjoy the sun here, then you can continue sunbathing in the garden, which is directly adjacent to the terrace, or in front of the apartment or on the roof terrace.
The apartment has a very luxurious open kitchen, a beautiful natural stone counter top, a large fridge with separate freezer, an induction hob with an integrated extractor, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, hand blender, drying rack, iron and ironing board, etc. Washing machine available.
The cozy chic and very spacious living room is furnished with a round dining table with 4 chairs, a beautiful 3.5 person sofa, 2 relax chairs, 2 round coffee tables, a scaffolding wood TV cabinet with TV (internet TV). There are two spacious bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds that can of course be pushed together or separately). Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet. A hair dryer is available. On the terrace there is a beautiful table with 6 chairs, a lounge set and a parasol. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning, there are blinds in front of the windows. Free WIFI available. Under the building is a closed garage with private parking.

In the apartment there is a folder ready for you with all kinds of walking tips, information about golf courses, nice sights and nice restaurants where you should definitely have been once. There are also plenty of play or water parks in the area for children.
Finally:
Within a radius of 10 km you can enjoy the theme parks Aqua Natura, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar, (fun attractions for young and old). Or if you like golf, you can do so on the golf courses Villaitana, Puig Campana, Sierra Cortina, Altea, Las Rejas or on the practice course around the complex.
