The apartment is located on the second floor (elevator available) of a small-scale complex. The complex is located in a very quiet street within walking distance of the beautiful beach, the shops and the many restaurants of Albir. The apartment will be modern and comfortably furnished. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite (with walk-in shower). The spacious living room is very light and has a nice balcony on the southeast with a view of the pool and the street. The apartment has a closed kitchen (with a large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, extractor hood, oven, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, toaster etc.) Next to the kitchen is an enclosed utility room with washing machine. Under the complex is a closed communal garage with storage room. Wifi and air conditioning / heating available. The living room and 3 bedrooms will be modern and cozy. Many Dutch and foreign channels can be watched on the big TV.
Albir is pleasantly busy all year round and is located near Benidorm, within walking distance of Altea and about a 40-minute drive from Alicante airport.
Finally:
Within a radius of 10 km you can enjoy the theme parks Aqua Natura, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar, (fun attractions for young and old). Or if you like golf, you can do it on the Villaitana, Puig Campana, Sierra Cortina, Altea, Las Rejas golf courses or go hiking and climbing on the Puig Campana, a beautiful natural setting.
