Spanish casa in Albir - Costa Blanca - 3 – 4 bedrooms, sea view and private pool
Nowhere else will you find more sun holiday feeling than under the Spanish sun. And if you also stay in our villa - Casa van Schaik, then your holiday can't go wrong. This Spanish casa in the Valencia and Alicante area is located in the holiday village of Albir. The holiday home is suitable for 6 people. Possibly for 8 people if you book our adjacent studio. With your group you can enjoy your own private pool, the phenomenal sea view from the roof terrace and sun all day long. The house is located on the south.
3 bedroom Casa
In the house you will find 3 bedrooms. The house is therefore suitable for 6 people. All rooms are air-conditioned, so everyone can get a good night's sleep. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a balcony. Upon entering, the beds are made and the cupboards are ready to hang all the Spanish outfits: it's like a holiday with us.
Optional: separate studio for 2 extra people
Are you with a larger group? We have a studio directly next to the house with separate entrance available, so you can stay in our Casa with 2 extra people. The studio includes ensuite bathroom. The studio is also air-conditioned and the bed is made upon entering.
Please note: you can book the studio under the heading 'extras'. The costs are €50 per day. You can only book the studio as an extra stay: the studio is NOT rented separately.
Gas barbecue, kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine
In the renovated kitchen, you get to work yourself. In the morning, you can make a fresh cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine. Of course, you immediately put the cup - with fresh reluctance - in the dishwasher, it is still a holiday. Cooking is best done outside, on the gas barbecue or charcoal barbecue in the garden. But if that is not the plan, you also have a good kitchen at your disposal inside with enough furniture for the entire group of 6 people.
2 bathrooms and television with wifi
In the Casa you will find 2 bathrooms, equipped with toilet, bath and/or shower. This way, no one has an excuse to show up at dinner unwashed. Of course there is a television in the house, with wifi. A little less important, but also important: a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board are ready for you (fellow travelers).
Child-friendly
On request, we are also happy to take care of everything for our smallest visitors. Think of a camping bed, changing mat, high chair and playpen. We are happy to prepare this for you, at no extra cost. Please indicate that you are coming with your (child) children during the reservation. Sorry, pets are not welcome. Just like smokers in the house, outside that is allowed.
Private pool and plenty of lounge areas
As you can read, we have all the facilities you need to make it a great holiday in the sun. Can you already see yourself sitting (or lying on one of the lounge beds) in our green oasis? Or float in the private pool? We believe that. If you still want to go outside the closed gates of the casa, there is plenty to do in the Valencia and Alicante region. Of course, we are happy to give you tips.
Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance
Within walking distance of the Casa van Schaik you will find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Handy for when you get to work in the kitchen yourself. And as for the restaurants: delicious if you choose to be surprised by the good restaurants that Albir has to offer.
Padel, tennis and golf in Albir
Sporty holiday in Albir in mind? The padel and tennis courts are a 5-minute drive away. And within 20 minutes you are on the golf course. Rent a boat? It's all possible just steps away from our Spanish villa in Albir.
Hiking trails
Are you ready for some rest? Then walk out of the gate in a northerly direction. There you will find the entrance to the adjacent, protected hiking nature reserve 'Parc Natural de la Serra Gelada'. From here there is a beautiful walking route with beautiful views towards the sea. You can also walk to the beach in 5 minutes. That's a nice bonus, because with more than 300 sunny days a year, there is a very good chance that you will enjoy that sun in Albir. Spend an afternoon at Playa del Albir. You plop down on beach beds with the whole group and take a refreshing dip every now and then for a change. Success guaranteed.
Trips a few kilometres away
There is space for 2 cars in the parking lot of our casa. The whole group fits in the cars to go out for a day. A few kilometers away you will find Benidorm, Villajoyosa and the historic center of Altea. The waterfalls Les fonts de L'Algar and the beautiful village of Guadelest are also absolutely worth a visit.
