Spanish casa in Albir - Costa Blanca - 3 – 4 bedrooms, sea view and private pool
Nowhere will you find more of a sunny holiday feeling than under the Spanish sun. And if you also stay in our villa - Casa van Schaik, your holiday can't go wrong. This Spanish casa in the Valencia and Alicante area is located in the holiday village of Albir. The holiday home is suitable for 6 people. Possibly for 8 people if you book our adjacent studio. You and your group can enjoy your own private swimming pool, the phenomenal sea view from the roof terrace and sun all day long. The house faces south.


3 bedroom house
The house has 3 bedrooms. The house is therefore suitable for 6 people. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so everyone can get a good night's sleep. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a balcony. Upon arrival, the beds are made and the cupboards are ready to hang all the Spanish outfits: it's like a holiday with us.

Optional: separate studio for 2 extra people
Are you with a larger group? We have a studio available directly at the house with a separate entrance, so you can stay in our Casa with 2 extra people. The studio includes an ensuite bathroom. The studio is also equipped with air conditioning and the bed is made upon arrival.
Please note: you can book the studio under the heading 'extras'. The costs are €50 per day. You can only book the studio as an extra stay: the studio is NOT rented separately.

Gas barbecue, kitchen, Nespresso machine
You can get to work yourself in the renovated kitchen. In the morning you make a fresh cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine. Of course you immediately put the cup - with fresh reluctance - in the dishwasher, it's still a holiday. You prefer to cook outside, on the gas barbecue or charcoal barbecue in the garden. But if that is not the plan, you also have a good kitchen at your disposal inside with enough furnishings for the entire group of 6 people.

2 bathrooms and television with WiFi
In the Casa you will find 2 bathrooms, equipped with a toilet, bath and/or shower. This way, no one has an excuse to show up to dinner unwashed. Of course there is a television in the house, with WiFi. Slightly less important, but still important: a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board are ready for you (fellow travelers).

Child friendly
On request, we are also happy to provide everything for our smallest visitors. Think of a camping bed, changing mat, high chair and playpen. We are happy to set this up for you, at no extra cost. Please indicate that you are coming with your (children) when making the reservation. Sorry, pets are not welcome. Just like smoking in the house, that is allowed outside.

Private swimming pool and plenty of lounge areas
As you can read, we have all the facilities you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the sun. Can you already see yourself sitting (or lying on one of the lounge beds) in our green oasis? Or float in the private pool? We believe that. If you want to venture outside the closed gates of the casa, there is plenty to do in the Valencia and Alicante region. We are of course happy to give you tips.

Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance
You will find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of Casa van Schaik. Handy for when you get started in the kitchen yourself. And as for the restaurants: wonderful if you choose to be surprised by the good restaurants that Albir has to offer.

Padel, tennis and golf in Albir
Do you have a sporting holiday in mind in Albir? The padel and tennis courts are a 5-minute drive away. And you can be on the golf course within 20 minutes. Rent a boat? It is all possible just a stone's throw from our Spanish villa in Albir.

Hiking trails
Are you ready for some rest? Then walk out of the gate in a northerly direction. There you will find the entrance to the adjacent, protected walking nature reserve 'Parc Natural de la Serra Gelada'. From here there is a beautiful walking route with beautiful views towards the sea. You can also walk to the beach in 5 minutes. That is a bonus, because with more than 300 sunny days a year, there is a good chance that you will enjoy some sunshine in Albir. Spend an afternoon at Playa del Albir. You and your entire group can plop down on beach beds and take a refreshing dip every now and then for a change. Success guaranteed.

Excursions within a few kilometers drive
There is room for 2 cars in the parking lot of our casa. The entire group can fit in the cars for a day out. A few kilometers away you will find Benidorm, Villajoyosa and the historic center of Altea. The Les fonts de L'Algar waterfalls and the beautiful village of Guadelest are also definitely worth a visit.
