The spacious living room is very light and has a nice balcony on the southeast with a view of the pool and the street. A lounge set has been placed on the balcony where you can enjoy the sultry evenings and starry sky. The apartment has a closed kitchen (with a large refrigerator and a separate freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, extractor hood, oven, Dolce Gusto and Senseo coffee makers, kettle, mixer, toaster, hand blender, juicer etc.) Next to the kitchen is an enclosed utility room with washing machine and sink. Under the complex is a closed communal garage (private space) with storage room. Wifi and air conditioning/heating available. On the large smart/internet TV you can watch many Dutch and foreign channels. A safety deposit box is provided.
Albir is pleasantly busy all year round and is located near Benidorm, within walking distance of Altea and about a 40-minute drive from Alicante airport.

Within a radius of 10 km you can enjoy the theme parks Aqua Natura, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar, (fun attractions for young and old). Or if you like golf, you can do it on the Villaitana, Puig Campana, Sierra Cortina, Altea, Las Rejas golf courses or go hiking and climbing on the Puig Campana, a beautiful natural setting.
