HOUSE RULES:
-Reservations are not allowed for groups of young people under 30 years of age, only if they are couples or families with children.
- It is not allowed to book for other people. Those who are staying must book with their own Micazu account.
-All guests must provide the data and show their ID/Passport to the host and fill in the traveler's report that will be sent to the competent authority as required by the law of tourist rentals.
- The communal roof terrace is for exclusive use to hang clothes. It cannot be used for sunbathing, smoking or any other use other than hanging clothes.
-It is not allowed to celebrate parties.
-It is not allowed to exceed the number of people reserved.
-In the apartment you will find courtesy items such as toilet paper, kitchen paper, some coffee capsules, cleaning and toiletry products, garbage bags and bottled water. These products are left for your convenience during arrival and the first few days, not for the entire stay.
-Reservations of 10 nights or less will be subject to Spanish legislation. In particular, to the rules established in these house rules, and supplementarily to the Civil Code, to Law 15/2018, 7 June, on tourism, leisure and hospitality of the Valencian Community, and to Decree 92/2009, of 3 July, of the Consell, and to DECREE LAW 9/2024, of 2 August, of the Consell, amending the regulations governing tourist housing.
-Reservations of more than 10 nights will be accepted only if they have recreational, artistic, cultural or other similar purposes and will be subject to the rules established in these house rules being considered as "seasonal contract for use other than housing not subject to Valencian tourist regulations", being a temporary contract that is governed by the rules established by both parties in these house rules and supplementarily by the Civil Code and are outside the Valencian tourism regulations. The lessor waives the right to ask for a deposit established in article 36 of the LAU from the lessee. This waiver is accepted by the lessee. Both parties declare that such clause shall be valid for all purposes.

-Capacity: 4 official places (registered in the VT license).
Optional extra bed: An additional extra bed, suitable for one person, ideal for children, is available and can be added on request. This fifth place is not part of the official registered capacity. Although it is perfectly legal to offer it according to Valencian tourism regulations. The house has all the services and amenities for a maximum of 4 people in a standard way, with the possibility of accommodating a fifth in an extra way if previously requested.
