Villa Familia has a swimming pool of 5 x 12 meters where you can swim excellent lengths. For the little ones there is a shallow part. The pool has its own toilet and shower
Villa familia is located in a quiet neighborhood on a plot of no less than 3400 m2 and has a large Mediterranean garden. There are parking spaces for several cars and the property is completely fenced.
Living room / Conservatory of apartment 2 (1st floor). The conservatory (located on the southeast) is equipped with a dining table with 6 chairs and a (sleeping) sofa. From this conservatory you have a view of the swimming pool and you can see the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Villa Familia is located about 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea. You can see the sea from the first floor.

There are very nice hiking trails in the nearby mountains (Sierra del Mestral). Ermita de Santa Marina is an ideal point to start or end a route. It has a restaurant and picnic areas to eat. Locals fill their water bottles here with the clean water from the mountains.
North and south of L'Ametlla de Mar are beautiful coves with clear water and fine sand, such as the beach of Calafat, Cala Calafató and Cala Lo Ribellet.
From Villa Familia you can cycle many kilometers in the immediate vicinity between the orchards, through the fields and along the coast. The landscape is very varied.
Villa Familia has 3 independent apartments. Apartment 2 has a private roof terrace and is located on the first floor of the main building. It is indicated in yellow.
