The 65m2 apartment is cozy and comfortably furnished, living room with fully equipped kitchen, veranda en suite with dining table and beautiful view over meadows and wooded hills. 2 bedrooms (all on one level) both with a spacious double bed with good mattresses. Bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Terrace, partly covered, with stone barbecue. Spacious grounds private for guests with picnic table. Of course there is free WiFi and all bed linen and towels etc are included

Hi, I'm Judith. After living in France for several years, my husband and I fell in love with the natural beauty of this green and relatively unspoilt Spanish region. We decided to settle here with our two young children, then only one and three years old. We have found our home here

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are per night, for the entire gite, maximum 4 people, no additional costs.
Check-in from 4:00 PM and Check-out before 11:00 AM, earlier or later if possible and always in consultation.

If for whatever reason the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the house on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord of this as soon as possible. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, the full rental price remains payable.
