La Pergola Suite – Light, Space and Panoramic Sea View
Welcome to La Pergola Suite, our lightest and most open space within Abrazzo, our small-scale boutique retreat. High above the estate, on the first floor of the main house, this is a bright loft where light and panoramic sea views are central.
Located 40 minutes north of Barcelona, on our 25,000 m² property. Here, it's all about peace, openness and the art of slow living. This is not a hotel, not a resort – this is a place where light, space and silence are paramount.
The Accommodation (43 m² interior + 40 m² panoramic terrace):
La Pergola Suite is designed as an open loft. The living room with open kitchen forms the heart and creates a feeling of flow and freedom.
The property is located next to a golf course in an exclusive residential area. Located at an altitude of about 250 meters with spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Interior:
An open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking utensils.
The bedroom has a spacious double bed (180×200) and flows into the living space, which enhances the loft character.
Practical bathroom. Air conditioning, heating, washing machine and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi ensure comfort in every season.
The panoramic terrace:
The real centerpiece is the private terrace of about 40 m². Partially covered, with space for dining, lounging and sunbathing. An outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor kitchen bar complete the experience.
This is where life moves outwards. Breakfast with the sea in front of you, long afternoons in the shade, evenings under the stars. An exceptional balance between privacy, comfort and openness.
Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset here – rare on the estate, with changing light that gives every moment its own atmosphere.
Location & Privacy:
La Pergola Suite is located on the first floor of the main house with its own entrance via a steel staircase to the side. The suite feels completely independent, with maximum privacy.
The private area of the main house remains separate and is not accessible to guests.
Access to the stairs is via a path that runs close to the terrace of another property. This is a short moment and feels natural within the quiet rhythm of Abrazzo.
The Estate:
La Pergola is part of Abrazzo, our small-scale boutique retreat with a few stays. Small scale is deliberately our concept.
Guests are free to roam, with the exception of the private area of the main house. You have access to chicken coop, Bali bed, swimming pool, Tiki Bar, Jeu de Boules, hot tub, sauna and vegetable garden. These zones are shared with us and a limited number of guests. Thanks to the spacious layout, each unit enjoys a lot of privacy.
The swimming pool is closed between November and the end of April. During this period, hot tub and sauna are available for a small fee.
Important Information:
Animals: We live here with 3 dogs, 3 cats and 11 chickens (in chicken coop, fresh eggs). Dogs and cats roam freely and are friendly. You have to feel comfortable with animals.
How to get there: Between Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, accessible by a 500-metre unpaved forest road. Car essential. Free parking.
Suitability: Not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the hilly terrain.
Ideal for couples and solo travelers who love light, openness and wide horizons. Maximum 2 guests.
About Us:
We, Klaas & Jenny, are a Dutch couple who came to Spain 10 years ago. We have lived in the Netherlands, England, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Belgium, Germany and France. The Mediterranean part of Spain has conquered our hearts. We love nature, animals, tranquility, good cooking, food and wine.
We speak Dutch, English, Spanish, French and German.
The Area:
Few minutes from 3 golf courses and 7 minutes from the beach and Port Balís. Direct access to natural parks for hiking and mountain biking (rental possible, also electric).
The Mediterranean climate makes golf possible all year round. 55 golf courses in Catalunya, three around the corner (Golf Club Llavaneres). PGA Catalunya Golf & Wellness within 45 minutes. Costa Brava at 35 km.

House Rules:
Peace and quiet are important. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Preference for guests looking for peace and quiet. No more people than indicated (maximum 2). Swimming pool only for booked guests. Open fires not allowed (protected natural park).
