Luxury detached villa in Olivella in the hills of Sitges, on the edge of the Garraf nature park. The house has 5 luxury bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a very luxurious large living-dining kitchen. 2 terraces. a large private pool. Around the house 1100 m2 of garden. The house is on a dead end road. The pool is not accessible to small children without adults, which makes it extra safe for small children. There is a Dutch manager nearby, who can help you in all kinds of areas and knows everything about the area and if necessary within 2 minutes. This is a great family villa by far. Did you know that in the winter is also delicious, lots of sun, delicious temperature, wintering is also possible.

Our villa is located in Olivella, a beautiful area in the Parc de Garraf, you can go hiking in the immediate area, paintball games, a drink or a delicious snack. Nearby is a small supermarket for your daily requirements, pharmacy, hairdresser, doctor and the local police station. Only 4 minutes by car lies the village of Sant Pere de Ribes, there are several supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 7 minutes Sitges, with its lovely beach, promenade, many shops, bars and restaurants. Love to go out. Sitges is the train station from which you can go directly to the center of Barcelona by train. If you have a time to take a taxi to Sitges is well worth it. Then again nobody BoB. In short, you can enjoy from all sides.
