The spacious bedroom has plenty of storage space and TV and is wonderfully light. There is direct access to the bathroom and the pool.
Light colors and natural materials give the bedroom a calm atmosphere.
The bed has a double mattress of 180 x 200 m. At the foot end is an element for an extra sofa bed for the living room.
The bathroom has a rain shower.
Next to the bathroom there is a separate guest toilet with its own sink for guests.
Nice bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom.
Also atmospheric and wonderful in the evenings (after) summer on the terrace.
The golf course is nearby and is a golfer's paradise with 27 holes and is open all year round.
The restaurant in the clubhouse also welcomes outside guests and is open all year round. Excellent cuisine and wonderfully quiet dining under the trees.
Located on a private bay, Amante is open all day from lunch to dinner. Amante also often organizes fun activities such as yoga with breakfast and an open-air cinema.
Beach club Amante is a hidden paradise just around the corner. It is about a 20-minute walk through nature.
Cala Olivera is the private beach nearby. There is also a small beach bar in the summer for a drink and a snack. Highly recommended.
apartment in Balearic Islands, Spain – Xava Ibiza
In addition to the swimming pool (private), there is also an outdoor pool (bathtub) with warm water. Bathe under the stars.
We have lovingly furnished the apartment with natural materials.
There are several sitting areas with sun and shade spots from morning to evening.
The unobstructed view provides peace and privacy.
The outdoor bed is often used for a night's sleep under the starry sky.
The doors can be opened completely so that the inside flows into the outside.
Delicious breakfast or dinner outside (6-10 people). There is a washing machine in the outdoor cabinets
The lounge sofas inside can be converted into extra beds. The beds are 80 x 200 cm each.
It is possible to place a double bed in the living room for children or extra guests. Due to the quiet corner and the curtains all around, there is sufficient privacy to be created. There is also a cot/camping cot, high chair with sheets and a mosquito net for the cot.
The kitchen is fully equipped such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and four-burner hob.
There is sufficient crockery and glassware for 6 - 8 people.
