Casa La Sorpresa is located in a beautiful and quiet area in the Sierra Maria Los Velez Natural Park.
The house is part of a small community with nine houses of which a total of 3 are permanently inhabited.
It features three bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen dining area.
In addition, you can relax on the terrace, or in the private garden with cooling pool and jacuzzi.
Velez Rubio and Velez Blanco are only 7km away and are equipped with all modern amenities such as supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars and medical assistance

We are Jos and Sandra and have had a restaurant in Spain for 9 years.
The restaurant has been sold and we have bought two houses, one of which is for holiday rental and we also give cooking classes and private dining there.
We have been in the hospitality industry almost all our lives and know exactly how to make our guests happy.

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
