Spectacular villa located in Canillas de Albaida, Costa del Sol, in a quiet area with beautiful views and a short drive from the beautiful white village of Cómpeta.
The villa is ideally suited for holidaymakers who are looking for a combination of peace, relaxation, exercise, culture and sea. Various challenging walks have been set out in the vicinity and experienced cyclists can indulge themselves in the mountains. But a day of nothing at all and relaxing by the pool is also possible! The coast is about 30 minutes by car, so you can easily go there for a beach day. The house is an hour's drive from Malaga airport. You will also find typical Spanish villages with nice restaurants and terraces in the immediate vicinity. Cómpeta is a 20-minute drive away.
The house is located outside the built-up area, on a dirt road. This road has some bumps and potholes, but is passable with a normal car. A car with a little more ground clearance is recommended (but not necessarily necessary).
Accommodation
The villa, set on a plot of over 6000m2, has an area of approx. 184m2 consisting of a spacious living-dining room with sitting and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with appliances (American fridge, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and extractor) and a utility room with washing machine, followed by a family bathroom with 2 generous double bedrooms and the master bedroom with bathroom en-suite.
Features
The property benefits from air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms and double glazed windows with tilt windows and mosquito nets. For the cooler winter months, there is central heating and a cosy fireplace. By applying multiple filters, the water from the tap is drinkable. Bottled water is not necessary.

Outside
The garden is partly tiled, partly gravelled and planted with shrubs, palm and olive trees. Through the automatic steel gate you get access to the plot and the parking area (large enough for several cars). There is a cozy Ibiza-style lounge area where you can enjoy the beautiful views. You look out on and over the mountains and in the distance you can see the sea. There is a spacious swimming pool (29m2) with sunbeds that can be placed in both the sun and the shade. The swimming pool can be heated in consultation, so swimming is also possible in the early and late season. In winter (December to about mid-March) the swimming pool is closed. Please note that the pool is not fenced so use is at your own risk.

The house is equipped with solar panels and a storage battery. This ensures a low absorption of external energy. The rental price includes 50Kwh of external energy per week. The additional consumption is charged at € 0.25 per Kwh. For bookings of less than a week, this is calculated pro rata. The settlement will be settled with the deposit.
