Casa Serrana - 6p guesthouse

Follow the winding country roads and discover Casa Serrana, surrounded by olive trees. This beautifully converted Spanish casa offers breathtaking views of Lake La Viñuela and the Mediterranean Sea. It is the perfect place for relaxation and tranquility in Andalusia. 

On the ground floor of Casa Serrana is the 6 person guesthouse. From the veranda at the front you have a beautiful view over the reservoir and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. 

The guesthouse has a spacious kitchen with a cozy sitting area adjacent to the veranda. There is a large dining table and the kitchen has an induction hob with built-in extractor, a dishwasher, an oven and a large fridge. You can make a nice coffee with a French press or Nespresso machine and there is a milk frother. There is also a kettle and toaster. Of course, the kitchen has tea and towels, dishcloths, dishwasher cubes, oil & vinegar, pepper, salt and basic herbs. To get the first day off to a good start, there are coffee cups, tea and a bottle of water. 

There are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a wardrobe with hanging and shelving area. The first bedroom has a double bed of 160x200cm. The second bedroom has two beds of 90x200cm, which can be combined into a large king-size bed of 180x200cm. The third bedroom has a king size bed of 180x200cm, with a bathroom en suite. All beds have a comfortable Matt Sleeps mattress. Perfectly adjustable to your back, for the best sleeping comfort.

The spacious bathrooms have a walk-in rain shower, toilet and vanity unit. Shampoo, shower gel and hair dryers are also available. 

Bed and bath linen, including a large towel for the pool, are provided. Are you coming with a small child? Then book the package for a cot, a high chair and a large basket with Duplo. There are also books and games in the cupboard. The TV has the Dutch TV channels and has a Chromecast. You can also listen to your favorite music via a Sonos box. 

The garden is one hectare in size and has several places in the shade to read a book or where children can go exploring. The swimming pool is adjacent to the garden and has a large surrounding terrace with sun beds and a lounge area. 

The owners of Casa Serrana live on the first floor of the property. They welcome you personally and are happy to help you with information about the area.
