Molino Mairena, Casa Los Molinos

Molino Mairena is a former grain mill dating back to the 16th century and has been stylishly renovated and homely furnished with authentic aspects and equipped with all modern conveniences such as air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Casa Los Molinos is located in the heart of Andalusia, surrounded by nature, surrounded by mountains, olive groves, streams, waterfalls and hiking trails, far away from all mass tourism, ideal for nature lovers.

Our mill complex is a small-scale accommodation and is child-friendly.

The historic village of Montefrio is centrally located between Malaga, Granada and Cordoba, ideal for city breaks with a wide range of activities, cultural visits and good gastronomy.

Take a refreshing dip in the shared heated swimming pool on the large roof terrace with beautiful views.

Relax in the covered lounge area with sun loungers and parasols or enjoy the cosy courtyard with dining tables, parasols and BBQ.

In the garden with 50 olive trees and various fruit trees there is a large garden terrace and jeu de boules court.

Molino Mairena consists of 2 detached houses in the mill complex, separated from each other by a spacious cozy courtyard.

Montefrio was voted one of the top 10 most beautiful village views in the world by National Geographic in 2015. With its pretty churches, narrow streets, restaurants, tapas bars and the olive museum, it has more than enough to offer to spend a pleasant day there.
